As a Program Specialist, you will play a key role in blending program management, stakeholder engagement, operations, and content coordination. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with faculty, industry partners, and academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination & Execution
    • Assist in designing and delivering workshops, certification programs, and outreach events.
    • Ensure logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners).
    • Maintain active communication with participants, mentors, and partners.
  • Operations & Reporting
    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
    • Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance.
  • Content & Communication Support
    • Assist in preparing outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates.
    • Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency.
  • Tech Platform Coordination
    • Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools.
    • Troubleshoot tech-related issues during program rollout.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation
    • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments.
    • Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input.
