City Head Academic Leadership Role

As City Head, you will be responsible for leading the academic function, managing a team of experienced mentors, driving innovation in teaching practices, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality academic programs.

The City Head plays a pivotal role in shaping the academic reputation, student results, and revenue-linked outcomes for the city. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of faculty members to achieve academic excellence.
  • Designing and delivering engaging classroom or online sessions in your area of expertise.
  • Ensuring seamless academic delivery across all centers, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to align academic excellence with enrollment and revenue objectives.
