Faculty Position

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to fill a faculty position in our Business & Leadership Division. As a member of our academic team, you will be responsible for teaching, research, and service to the institution.

  1. Teaching: Lectures and practical sessions as per workload prescribed by the University /UGC; mentoring students.
  2. Research: Publication in referred reputed journals listed in the web of Science / Scopus / ABDC; publication of book chapters / in conference proceedings at national & international levels.
  3. Service: Actively participate and contribute in institutional or university activates at national & international level; contribute in curriculum development / accreditation, affiliation; seminars, guest lectures, events etc.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in relevant field with a strong presence in academics and research.
  • Experience in teaching, research, and industry collaboration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities: To conduct internal examination as per schedule; supervision for university examination; question paper setting; answer sheet evaluation; university examination marks entry; consultancy on outdoor projects; services such as actively participating and contributing in institutional or university activities at national & international level; contributing in curriculum development / accreditation, affiliation; seminars, guest lectures, events etc.
