Academic Leadership Role
About the Job:- We seek an experienced academic leader to spearhead the development of our educational content and resources.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, 7+ years of teaching or leadership experience, and at least 2 years in a senior role within an education organization.
We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, who can recruit, train and manage a team of experts to create high-quality educational materials.
Key Responsibilities:- To design and develop academic structures and progression aligned with international standards.
- To supervise the creation of learning materials, including video lectures, assessments and study materials.
- To ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy and coherence across all content.
- To lead a team of subject matter experts, content developers and educators, and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with academic goals.
- A strong academic background with 7+ years of teaching or leadership experience.
- At least 2 years in a senior role within an education organization.
- Familiarity with digital tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
