Job Title Subject Matter Expert - Property Casualty P C Insurance Experience 7 Years Location Pune On-Site Notice Period Can join within 30 Days Employment Type Full-Time Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Subject Matter Expert in the Property and Casualty P C Insurance domain to join our team in Pune The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge in underwriting claims management risk assessment and regulatory compliance to support strategic initiatives optimize processes and enhance our insurance offerings In this role you will work cross-functionally with product development claims and business development teams to drive innovation maintain regulatory alignment and deliver exceptional service to our clients Key ResponsibilitiesExpert Guidance Strategy Provide expert recommendations on underwriting and risk assessment processes ensuring alignment with industry best practices Analyze trends and market developments to support decision-making and strategy development Product Development Support Collaborate with product development teams to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing insurance offerings in the P C sector Knowledge Transfer Mentorship Deliver training and mentorship to team members sharing best practices and knowledge in P C insurance Claims Management Collaboration Work closely with claims teams to establish efficient and effective claims handling processes Process Improvement Conduct regular reviews of underwriting and claims processes to identify improvement areas driving implementation of best practices Regulatory Compliance Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all P C insurance laws and regulations Business Development Support Provide technical expertise to support business development initiatives and participate in client meetings as needed QualificationsEducation Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Risk Management or a related field A Master s degree or relevant industry certifications e g CPCU ARM are a plus Experience Minimum of 7 years in the P C insurance industry with demonstrated expertise in underwriting claims and risk assessment Industry Knowledge Deep understanding of insurance regulatory requirements and industry standards for P C insurance Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data Excellent communication skills capable of influencing stakeholders across all levels Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
