Job Summary:

Sales Officer positions are available to promote and sell building materials. Key Responsibilities include promoting and selling various brands to dealers/sub-dealers, developing strong relationships with the dealer network, visiting dealer counters daily according to the beat plan, and achieving sales targets by staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

  • Promote and Sell: We are seeking highly motivated Sales Officers to promote and sell building materials of various brands to dealers/sub-dealers in assigned territories.
  • Dealer Network Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network, understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Beat Plan Execution: Visit dealer counters daily according to the beat plan, providing excellent service and addressing queries or concerns.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth by staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Network Expansion: Expand the dealer network by appointing new dealers and contributing to network expansion.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis with competitors' products, schemes, and availability.
