Key Account Manager and Growth Leader

Our team is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager and Growth professional to spearhead growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Account Development:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
    • Ensure consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients.
  • Growth Strategy & Expansion:
    • Lead the growth strategy in designated regions.
    • Design and implement plans for onboarding new clients and driving sustainable growth.
  • Onboarding New Institutions:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process of new educational institutions.
    • Help institutions understand how our platform enhances their services.
  • Training & Support:
    • Provide necessary training and support to ensure clients are equipped to use the platform effectively.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Monitor growth metrics and track progress toward goals.
    • Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or related fields.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
    • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
