Role Summary:

Job Description
  • We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support AWS/Azure cloud environments, operating systems, directory services, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across Windows and Linux operating systems, managing logical volume management (LVM) and monitoring server health, administering user authorization and access controls, and deploying, managing, and maintaining Linux/Windows instances in AWS/Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows and Linux operating systems.
  2. Manage logical volume management (LVM) and monitor server health.
  3. Administer user authorization and access controls.
  4. Deploy, manage, and maintain Linux/Windows instances in AWS/Azure.
  5. Handle cloud storage solutions – create/attach EBS volumes, partition drives, restore from snapshots.
  6. Configure and manage EC2 firewall settings (security groups, rules, restrictions).
  7. Automate deployments with AMIs and CloudFormation templates.
  8. Migrate AWS instances across different VPCs.
  9. Set up and maintain AWS services: RDS, Route 53, ELB/ALB.
  10. Implement and manage IAM roles, users, and access policies.
  11. Execute server patching, decommissioning, file system and network configurations.
  12. Manage Active Directory and LDAP directory services for authentication and access.
Requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS administration
  • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with VMware or other virtualization technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP
