Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS cloud services and a proven track record of delivering large-scale cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures using AWS services such as Amazon Connect, Lambda, and Step Functions.
  • Provision and manage AWS resources including EC2 instances, RDS databases, and S3 buckets.
  • Develop and implement monitoring and logging strategies using AWS CloudWatch and X-Ray.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications.

Secondary Skills

  • Experience with Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE, and other similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure management, application enablement services, session manager, elite ACD management, basic and advanced configuration, Oracle Acme SBC Gateway management, advanced call routing and queuing strategies, Avaya CTI Services, and voice call detail recording.
