System Design and Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced systems engineer to join our platform engineering team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, as well as managing self-hosted and on-premises assets.
- Design and Deploy Cloud Infrastructure: Create and manage EC2 instances, S3 buckets, VPCs, RDS databases, and Lambda functions in AWS.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable systems through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop Automation Scripts and Tools: Develop and monitor automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and on-premises resources.
- Implement Security Best Practices: Safeguard cloud environments by implementing security best practices and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
