Lead Data Analyst Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to lead our analytics team and drive business decisions with expertise in workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the subject matter expert on workforce analytics, utilizing your experience to inform business strategy and improve productivity.
- Collect, cleanse, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights that optimize workforce performance.
- Leverage your expertise in SQL to query and manipulate data efficiently, applying strong skills in Data Modelling and Data Profiling to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Create compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

- At least 6 years of hands-on experience with workforce analytics platforms or similar tools.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining advanced solutions for workforce analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Data Modelling, and Data Profiling, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with large, complex datasets and communicate findings to various teams.
