Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Process Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing financial operations, including reconciliations, automation projects, and data analysis.


Main Responsibilities
  • Reconciliation and Analysis: Perform reconciliations with external reports, identify gaps, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve issues.
  • Automation Implementation: Identify opportunities for automation in financial workflows and collaborate with IT and finance teams to deploy automation solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data visualization tools like Power BI to create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Advanced Excel Modeling: Develop and maintain complex Excel models to support financial analysis, reporting, and business planning activities.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience in financial process automation using tools or programming scripts (e.g., Python).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
