About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team, responsible for managing and maintaining our India office operations.

 

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office services, including vendor management, asset administration, and compliance with relevant standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with various vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services such as building management, security, housekeeping, pantry, and transport.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and service key performance indicators to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office assets, inventories, and equipment lifecycle records to ensure optimal utilization.
  • HSE Support: Collaborate with safety teams to maintain a safe working environment by supporting HSE basics such as drills, signage, and ergonomics.
  • Office Moves: Manage office relocations, seating plans, visitor access, and ID badges to minimize disruption.
  • CSR Events: Assist with community events and internal activities assigned to foster a positive work culture.
  • Reporting: Prepare operational reports and compliance documentation to inform business decisions.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; experience in facilities/services administration is a plus.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to document, track, and report effectively.
