Job Title: SuccessFactors EC & ECP Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) consultant with 5+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to meet business needs.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities.
  • Manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems.
  • Support business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Boomi, or other middleware.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution.
