Job Summary

We seek a seasoned Senior Associate HR Data Analyst to join our team.

  • Gather business requirements and design reports using the Eightfold platform
  • Create new reports within Eightfold by leveraging previous experience in report writing
  • Update RAAS reporting as needed to support the Eightfold platform
  • Work independently and be willing to own projects
  • Balance concurrent projects with cross-functional partners

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent and 1-3 years of HR IS experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of HR IS experience. Strong programming collaboration skills and experience working in an agile environment are essential.

About the Role

This position is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering solutions for HR managers and leaders. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business analytics or computer science
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR IS, preferably with a focus on data analysis and reporting
  • Strong programming skills, including proficiency in languages such as Python or R
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
