MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain operational and management dashboards for revenue related data.
  • Provide analytical data support to finance team and other stake holders on monthly profitability review.
  • Work directly with CFO for various reports and case to case analysis from time to time.
  • Perform analysis giving details of the performance at various profit center level / segment level / distribution channel level/ plant level
  • Prepare summary of sales / Inventory / margins / Funds / purchases and report exceptions if any.
  • Manage SAP user access and ensure proper documentation for ITGC audit.
  • Co-ordination with Internal auditors.
  • Manage, evaluate processes, update and circulate existing, modified and newly introduced SOPs of the Company.
  • Handle budgeting along with finance team / sales team and plant commercial team.
  • Develop and prepare various presentations for Board of Directors / Group and others on a case to case basis.
  • Prepare and develop expense analysis at business area level and business segment level.
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties , analysis and projects as required.
