Job DescriptionThe Strategic People Partner plays a key role in shaping people strategies that fuel business growth. This position partners closely with stakeholders to support a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement.
- Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; cost for a fast-paced business.
- Engage with internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for compensation, staffing, HR systems, and the business.
- Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices.
- Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
- Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
- Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
- Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
