Job Title: Strategic Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently and track the resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Implement and enforce effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, and track the progress, ensuring timely communication of closures.
  • Ensure timely sign-offs of performance goals from new employees and during role changes.
  • Coordinate and ensure the completion of regular performance appraisals.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and collect data to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Focus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition.
  • Work on branding and intelligence initiatives to boost employer brand presence.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures across teams and departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or any related field, with significant experience in HR roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.
  • Willingness to work onsite and flexible to work in shifting or rotational schedules.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist.

Expertise in human resources management, employee engagement, and performance optimization
