Business Development Opportunity

A. Job Overview:

  • Forge and sustain robust partnerships with existing partners, encompassing banks and fintech companies, to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Meet volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets for assigned partners by identifying new opportunities and leveraging available resources.
  • Pursue business expansion and growth opportunities across product categories, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Implement product enhancements across the partner network to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

B. Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including business, product, tech, marketing, and compliance, to ensure timely delivery of customized solutions.
  • Manage seamless onboarding processes for new partners and facilitate partner training programs to enhance engagement.
  • Develop and manage brand positioning strategies to promote NBBL's products and services.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.

C. Essential Qualifications:

  • Enterprise sales or channel management experience
  • Knowledge of financial products and technology
  • Strong leadership and CXO engagement capabilities
  • Experience in FX retail preferred
  • Data-driven and service-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, self-driven, and persistent approach
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage insights/tools for business development
