Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and scale our sales engine.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Budgeting and forecasting: Establish revenue targets and monitor performance against goals.
  2. New business acquisition and account expansion: Drive both new client acquisition and strategic account growth.
  3. Talent development: Hire, train, and retain top sales talent, focusing on skills development and career advancement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve consistent revenue growth, targeting ₹5–8 Cr in new client billing within the first year.
  • Establish 10–12 new enterprise client accounts in priority sectors.
  • Increase wallet share in at least 50% of existing key accounts.

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions.
  • Strong network of CXO/HR Head connections across industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
