We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and scale our sales engine.

- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and forecasting: Establish revenue targets and monitor performance against goals.
- New business acquisition and account expansion: Drive both new client acquisition and strategic account growth.
- Talent development: Hire, train, and retain top sales talent, focusing on skills development and career advancement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve consistent revenue growth, targeting ₹5–8 Cr in new client billing within the first year.
- Establish 10–12 new enterprise client accounts in priority sectors.
- Increase wallet share in at least 50% of existing key accounts.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions.
- Strong network of CXO/HR Head connections across industries.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
