Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's operational efficiency, financial reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing or 5-6 years of experience in management roles. Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA are essential. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is also necessary.

  • Internal Audits: Independently conduct internal audit reviews of various areas of the organization, assessing controls and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Risk Assessments: Participate in enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Documentation Analysis: Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, process flowcharts, and other relevant information to inform audit findings.
  • Investigations: Assist in conducting investigations into alleged fraud or irregularities as directed by the Head of Internal Audit.
  • Audit Reports: Prepare and present audit reports that reflect results and document processes.
  • Support to the Audit Committee: Support the Head of Internal Audit in preparing reports for the Audit Committee.
  • Follow-up Audits: Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions and recommend improvements.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings through research and development. Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills are required.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and analytical tools.
