Job Title: Business IT and Data Operations Specialist
**About the Role:** This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity, combining technical skills with business acumen. As Business IT and Data Operations Specialist, you will provide critical support to our organization by troubleshooting IT issues, managing data, and driving operational efficiency.**Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment, ensuring seamless system performance and resolving hardware and software problems efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain commission reports for Finance, using Excel and SQL or light scripting to optimize workflows and improve data accuracy.
  • Upload SCI stock and inventory files to external platforms/websites, guaranteeing timely updates and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Clean and update CRM data to ensure accurate customer information and enable informed business decisions.
  • Support ongoing IT and operations projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
**Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.
  • Strong English communication skills, with excellent written and verbal proficiency.
  • Educational background in IT or Computer Science, with relevant certifications a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and database management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently, explain reasoning clearly, and prioritize tasks effectively.
