Job Description:

A critical leadership role is available within our organization, requiring a skilled professional to maintain positive and productive relationships with the labour union.

This position is responsible for effective negotiation, timely grievance resolution, proactive issue management, liaison building, and compliant proceedings.

  1. Critical Negotiations: Facilitate mutually beneficial agreements through expert negotiation techniques.
  2. Employee Support: Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances and address potential IR issues proactively.
  3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with labour authorities, government bodies, and legal consultants to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Disciplinary Actions: Lead disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and ensure legally compliant proceedings.
  5. Regulatory Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in statutory compliance and stakeholder management.
