About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our Employment Law team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Indian labour and employment laws, strong advisory skills, and the ability to lead high-impact mandates across sectors.

This is a high-visibility role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, advisory-heavy environment, and is ready to take the lead on complex employment law matters including compliance, advisory, investigations, and contentious issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment and labour law issues including employment contracts, HR policies, compensation structures, and termination matters
  • Represent clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and other forums as necessary
  • Draft and negotiate employment-related documentation and settlement agreements
  • Stay abreast of developments in Indian employment law and contribute to knowledge management initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  • LL.B. from a reputed Indian law school
  • 7–12 years of post-qualification experience with a top-tier law firm or leading in-house legal department
  • Strong command of Indian labour laws, industrial regulations, and case law developments
