Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a leadership position in our food operations department. As Senior Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our culinary team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality meals to our clients while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with at least 10 years of experience in the industry. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of cooks, MPWs, stewards, cashiers, and stores assistants. A deep understanding of food safety and quality control procedures is essential, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Operation:
  • Ensure that all food products meet high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

  • Maintain accurate inventory controls and manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality ingredients and suppliers.
  • Lead the culinary team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction ratings and positive feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
