We are seeking an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Lead to join our organization in a strategic role.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications with a strong focus on SAP PS. You will drive collaboration across teams, oversee application development, and ensure successful project delivery that aligns with organizational goals.

You will provide technical expertise, guide your team in resolving complex issues, and contribute to strategic decision-making across multiple teams.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Project System (PS).
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training and skill development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure application design, configuration, and development meet organizational standards and business objectives.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to SAP PS.
  • Strong communication skills.
