Our organisation is seeking a seasoned SAP GTS expert to play a key role in supporting and upgrading this critical system.

This position combines hands-on expertise in GTS with strong problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the upgrade to SAP GTS 4 HANA and ensure seamless transition.
  • Provide ongoing support for live sites post-upgrade, resolving incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade needs.
  • Support end-to-end testing activities, including test preparation, execution and validation.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including roles, reports and training materials.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Team Leads and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an SAP GTS Consultant (experience with SAP GTS 4 HANA highly valued).
  • Strong understanding of incident management, troubleshooting and testing processes.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
