Senior SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant. This role involves providing expert-level support for Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams, as well as partners in charge of data center administration.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the SAP FICO module, with expertise in General Ledger (FI-GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS) Profitability Analysis (PA), and New GL. Experience in Financial Month-end Activity, Financial Closing Cockpit, and Intercompany Reconciliation process is required.

The successful candidate will have around 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO module and will be accountable for solution issues escalated to the Global Support team. Additionally, they will analyze content of releases on their area, recommend best organization as far as testing is concerned, and liaise with regional/local support teams and testing factory to ensure proper release validation process.

This challenging role requires a deep understanding of SAP FICO module and excellent technical skills. The candidate should have strong project management skills, including planning, follow-up, team work, and multiple teams' interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert-level support for Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams and partners in charge of data center administration.
  2. Analyze content of releases on your area and recommend best organization as far as testing is concerned.
  3. Liaise with regional/local support teams and testing factory to ensure proper release validation process.
  4. Accountable for solution issues escalated to the Global Support team.
  5. Support deployments, including scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, and transition to AM.
  6. Expertise in General Ledger (FI-GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS) Profitability Analysis (PA), and New GL.
  7. Experience in Financial Month-end Activity, Financial Closing Cockpit, and Intercompany Reconciliation process.

Technology Skills:

  • Around 8+ years of SAP experience as consultant with complex and multiple projects in the area of SAP – FI and CO.
  • Familiarity with deployment options for S4H and Fiori Apps, Fiori Launchpad, Fiori Launchpad Designer configuration & feature, and Fiori application types.
  • SAP S/4 HANA (v1610 and 1709/1809/1909) and Fiori Certification preferred.
