  • We are seeking a talented ITSM solution architect to lead our BABS team.
    • Primary responsibilities include:
      • Designing and implementing robust ITSM solutions using REST APIs and other technologies.
      • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions.
      • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and stakeholders.
    • Business System Engineer Analyst
      • This role requires a mid-level engineer with strong ITSM background and experience in API methods configuration, HTML webhooks parsing, and UATesting UIUX product developments.

Responsibilities include customizing ITSM applications, facilitating rollout of new applications and modules, configuring Application UI, Configure Workflow, interacting with clients, participating in client and Business discussions, performing onsite design and Functional review, participating in discussions with Business Analysts, designing the FDD Functional Design Documents, configuring and customizing the system to support business process and functionality, collaborating effectively with other ITSM administrators, identifying system deficiencies, ensuring tool configuration consistency, participating in ongoing production support, collaborating with System Administration and key stakeholder teams, working closely with business and IT teams, designing and building applications, providing integration to other applications and platforms, providing strong development ensuring project is on track, and collaborating with engineers.
