Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This role involves designing and developing solutions on the ITSM/ITOM modules using best practices. As a Developer, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective solutions.

  • Designs and develops solutions on the ITSM/ITOM modules using best practices
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Takes ownership of complex projects from initiation to completion
  • Works closely with the development team to build and deploy requested items
  • Experience configuring and improving core and custom applications
  • Experience configuring and maintaining workflows, flow designs, scripts, UI design, ACL and business rules
  • Configure and maintain notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script includes and Formatters
  • Has working knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using out of the box spokes or APIs
  • Develops reports and dashboards using ServiceNow functionality
  • Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires strong expertise in Generative AI Fundamentals, including Large Language Models like GPT-4, Gemini, and Nemotron. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in prompt engineering and model tuning, as well as knowledge of text-to-code and text-to-flow generation using natural language inputs.

In addition, the following skills are required:

  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript, XML, and Glide scripting
  • Ability to write and debug custom workflows and business rules
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform Expertise, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM modules
