Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business functions in describing and documenting business requirements for the application in scope.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of business processes supported by the application in scope, as well as experience working in a multicultural organization and with ITSM and ITIL frameworks.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating with other specialists to ensure consistent solutions and long-term governance of data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business functions in describing and documenting business requirements for the application in scope.
  • Convert business requirements into a development maintenance plan for the application in scope.
  • Collaborate with other application specialists to ensure consistent solutions and long-term governance of data.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant area.
  • More than 3 years' experience from using the application in scope.
  • Deep knowledge of business processes supported by the application in scope.
  • Experience working in a multicultural organization.
  • Experience of working with ITSM and ITIL.
  • Excellent language skills in English.
