Job Title: Production Head

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production management, with expertise in supervising manual insertion, FG production, and testing line production.

  • Lead the management of SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line of Production.
  • Collaborate with the Planning Team to execute daily, weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving manufacturing productivity plan targets.
  • Resolve daily operational challenges through standard operating procedures SIM-1, SIM-2, SIM-3, and SIM-5.
  • Lead SIM-3 and SIM-5 alongside heads of department from Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Warehouse, Facilities, Planning, Procurement, Safety, and Human Resources.
  • Conduct productive meetings to address productivity, efficiency, and quality concerns.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across inter-departmental manufacturing teams.
  • Spearhead key engineering projects and improvement project activities in coordination with support groups.
  • Actively manage ECO documentation and implementation control.
  • Review and recommend enhancements for existing departmental procedures.
  • Consistently monitor and control non-quality costs through corrective measures using statistical process control tools.
  • Take corrective actions through projects to address customer complaints.
  • Proactively implement and maintain standardized processes systems.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring and improvement of all production performance metrics.
  • Drive workforce planning for the plant and implement multi-skilling programs for employees.
  • Continuously monitor and refine daily production planning based on operational requirements and bills of lading.
  • Actively drive projects to overcome repeated barriers hindering the achievement of performance metrics.
