Job Title: Senior Production Operations Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-15 years of experience in production management, preferably in the rail industry or heavy fabrication industries.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Knowledge of production processes and procedures, including welding, assembly, and testing.
