Job Description: Project Management Specialist

The primary function of the Creative Producer is to oversee daily project operations and ensure timely execution. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.

This position focuses on managing tasks from initial brief to final delivery, adhering to all internal processes, and collaborating with teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
  • Ensure compliance with due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines and creative standards.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve operational issues.
  • Assist in client communications as needed, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Identify potential delays or issues early, escalating as required, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and team efficiency by sharing insights from daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field.
