Job Overview:

  • Airframe structural analysis is a critical component of aircraft design, involving the evaluation of strength and stability under various loads.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • We conduct airframe structural analysis, including static, fatigue & damage tolerance assessments using industry-standard tools.
  • The team updates and validates finite element models (GFEM) using software such as MSC Nastran/Patran.
  • We perform stress analysis on composite and metallic materials to ensure their integrity and safety.
  • Our engineers extract loads using in-house tools and analyze results with ISAMI, Hypermesh, Excel VBA for automation and reporting purposes.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in software tools like ISAMI, Hypermesh, MSC Nastran/Patran, and Excel VBA is essential.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with attention to detail.
