Unmanned Flight Expert Wanted

We seek a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an UAV Design Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in aircraft design, aerodynamics, CAD modeling, and systems integration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the conceptual and detailed design of UAV airframes and sub-systems.
  • Perform aerodynamic analysis and optimization of UAV configurations.
  • Design structural components and assemblies using advanced composite and lightweight materials.
  • Develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or Fusion 360).
  • Work closely with electronics, propulsion, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Conduct structural and thermal analysis (FEA, CFD) to validate design performance.
  • Participate in UAV prototyping, assembly, ground testing, and flight trials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in UAV or aircraft design (internship experience may be considered for junior roles).
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and structural design.
  • Experience with composite materials and UAV fabrication techniques.
