Job Title: Structural Repair Manual Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced Technical Author with a strong background in Aeronautical Engineering and proven technical publication experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and revising SRM IDs for Airbus programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive SRM ID content for Airbus SA, LR, MB, and XWB programs.
  • Develop training sessions to enhance knowledge of aircraft engineering principles.
  • Review work orders completed by junior authors and provide constructive feedback.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior authors and illustrators.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure process adherence and technical competence.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong technical publication experience with expertise in aviation documentation.
  • Proficiency in Airbus tools such as SAP PCS module, SRM 3D ident, Zamiz, Airnav, APS, PASS SSI, and VPM.
