Business Development Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business across various sectors.
About the Role:
- Responsible for securing new business opportunities in the government, domestic, and international sectors.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive business growth and enhance market value in these sectors.
- Lead the strategic planning process, identifying expansion opportunities, and aligning business objectives with client needs to ensure growth.
Responsibilities:
- Pitch and present to clients, tailoring communication to meet their unique needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to align business goals with client expectations, ensuring successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth business dealings and continuous growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience in a 360 Ad Agency or a similar business environment.
- Proven experience working with government, domestic, and international clients, with a strong understanding of the government tendering process and sales cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations.
