Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Amplior. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good listening skills and a positive approach to objection handling
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of sales and marketing tools and technologies
