Business Development Representative

This is a remote opportunity with CuringBusy, a fast-growing startup.
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to generate leads and drive sales through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting up follow-up meetings or appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services.
- Introduce the company and explain the value proposition to prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or cold calling is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
