Product Engineer – AI, RAG, LLMs

We're seeking a skilled Fullstack Product Engineer to build and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered products with speed and precision. The ideal candidate will work across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend), making tactical decisions and driving product outcomes.

Key Skills:
  • Built real features or products using Langchain and understands the LLM ecosystem.
  • Developed agentic flows using LLMs and successfully launched them.
  • Worked across the stack with minimal abstractions, launching real AI apps and taking ownership of product development.
About the Role:
  • Own end-to-end product development using Ruby and React, working closely with product and design teams.
  • Implement intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks to deliver high-utility features used by thousands of users.
Bonus Experience:
  • Past experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation.
  • Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
