AI Model Development Specialist

We're seeking an experienced AI Model Development Specialist to join our team. This role requires collaboration with product and engineering teams to prototype, fine-tune, and productionize AI models that power intelligent automation and real-world advisory systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in AI research roles or software engineering to drive innovation and growth. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, or LangChain and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and optimize machine learning models for multi-turn dialogue, entity extraction, reasoning, and decision-making.
  • Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT, Mistral, LLaMA) for domain-specific use cases using open-source frameworks.
  • Evaluate model performance using qualitative and quantitative methods (BLEU, ROUGE, Precision/Recall, etc.)

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in applied ML or AI research roles and a strong understanding of NLP and generative model architectures. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is also required.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to rapid experimentation pipelines and scalable AI deployments. You will also be working closely with platform engineers to package models for secure, efficient inference on-premise/cloud.
