AI Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-reliant AI expert with a strong background in Python. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI systems without relying on third-party tools or platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement custom AI agents and machine learning models using Python programming language.
  • Build and optimize algorithms for data processing and decision-making, enhancing the performance of our AI systems.
  • Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI model development, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Train and evaluate machine learning models for NLP, decision trees, and reinforcement learning, improving their accuracy and reliability.
  • Integrate AI components with existing APIs, streamlining our workflow and increasing productivity.
  • Optimize models and systems for performance and scalability, ensuring they meet the demands of our growing business.
  • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on design and functionality, continually improving our AI solutions.
  • Stay up to date with advances in AI research and best practices, applying new knowledge to enhance our AI systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and backend developers, to drive project success.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python, with a strong understanding of machine learning principles.
  • Proven experience building AI systems without relying on third-party orchestration libraries, showcasing expertise in algorithm development and statistical modeling.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP and data structures, with proficiency in numerical computing tools like NumPy and Pandas.
  • Solid experience in algorithm development and statistical modeling, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
