Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Power Apps Developer to lead our migration efforts from legacy InfoPath forms to modern, efficient solutions within Microsoft 365. This role focuses on architecting and developing complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Migrate end-to-end InfoPath forms into Power Apps, ensuring seamless replacements.
  • Design and develop scalable, automated solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premise development and customization.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with SPFx, React/TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SQL, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, AI Builder) and experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar workflow/project tools is a plus.
