  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and SEO.
  • Proven track record of running and optimizing lead generation campaigns for educational institutions (colleges, universities, ed-tech, or online courses).
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Moz, etc.).
  • Experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, 42CRM, Zoho, Marketo, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Ability to analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong copywriting and ad messaging skills for high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external agencies.
