We are seeking a seasoned Identity Governance and Administration expert to lead our global team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic IAM and IGA plans to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements.
  • Oversee configuration, deployment, and integration of Identity Governance and Administration platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless IGA and IAM integration and operational excellence.
  • Develop thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides.
  • Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IGA and IAM systems.
  • Stay current with global best practices and emerging IGA/IAM technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience deploying IGA solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering - Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python.
  • Hands-on experience developing API-based connectors for IGA platforms.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong international client-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
