Identity Governance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Governance Specialist to join our team. As an Identity Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of user identity data within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance Management: Manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the effectiveness of identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification.
- Policies and Standards: Develop, implement, and maintain governance policies and standards for identity and access management.
- Access Reviews: Coordinate and manage periodic access reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Governance Metrics: Provide regular reporting on IGA governance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with business units, IT teams, and external auditors to ensure alignment on governance objectives.
