Identity Governance Specialist

The ideal candidate will oversee the integration of applications, collaborating with stakeholders to validate custom development needs and ensure seamless testing.
They will work closely with internal engineers to build integrations in line with governance best practices and application requirements, facilitating user acceptance testing and maintaining accurate statuses for onboarded applications.
Maintaining multiple applications' statuses while working with various teams simultaneously is also a key responsibility.
Key Qualifications- 7-9 years of experience working within IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
- Developing custom workflow solutions for lifecycle management and provisioning systems.
- Experience administering, implementing, and supporting identity access management solutions using SailPoint.
- Proficiency in RBAC analysis and implementation.
- Certification campaign planning and remediation follow-up to ensure timely completion.
- Development and usage of forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, and email templates.
- Custom report creation for both general and specific purposes.
- Rule development like build map correlation, identity creation, default password assignment, etc.
- Lifecycle management such as joiner event, leaver event, manager transfer event, and onboarding various applications into the IGA system.
