Digital Identity Governance Specialist

Digital Identity Governance is a critical function within any organization. The role of an ID Admin involves governing access provisioning services for global applications and primary accounts, ensuring compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Govern ID admin operations teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Improve and manage business relationships with support teams and align service improvements accordingly.
- Drive projects and programs run by the ID admin team as needed, apart from managing operations.
- Respond to auditors and internal governance teams in a timely manner and provide evidence when required.
- 5+ years of experience in ID Administration and related fields with overall 12+ years of experience.
- A good understanding of compliance parameters and risk mitigation techniques in IDAM.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to confidently handle internal clients and engage in discussions with senior management.
- Risk awareness and initiative are crucial.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree with good academic records.
- Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, ITIL Expert, PMP, ISO 27001 lead implementer, auditor.
The ideal candidate will govern ID admin operations, manage escalations end-to-end, participate in continual service improvement programs, support reporting requirements, and present business cases to senior management.
