Identity Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization in India. This role involves managing and optimizing identity management solutions to enhance security and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement identity solutions to support access management.
  • Manage and optimize governance processes.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to identity management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity solutions into existing applications and systems.
  • Monitor and report on identity management metrics and compliance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity-related issues.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-7 years of experience in identity and access management, specifically with Azure AD and Entra ID.
  • Strong understanding of governance, administration, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with synchronization processes and scripting for automation and management tasks.
  • Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Experience with multi-factor authentication and conditional access policies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to identity management (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
